Where We Deliver
At Mazzenor, we are committed to delivering our products to addresses across Canada. We also offer international shipping to the United States and select other countries. Please be advised that deliveries to remote or northern communities may experience extended delivery times due to logistical constraints.
Processing Time
Orders placed with Mazzenor are processed within 1-2 business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Delivery Charges
All delivery charges are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Please note that delivery charges do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
Failed Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, Canada Post will leave a notice card at your address, and the item will be held at your local post office for collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at mazzenor@outlook.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) s. 40, if no delivery date is specified in the agreement, the maximum delivery period is 30 days.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. For more details, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
