Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
At Mazzenor, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. Therefore, we offer a voluntary 15-day cancellation period. This period begins the day after you receive your order. To cancel your purchase, please contact us at mazzenor@outlook.com. No reason for cancellation is required. Please note that provincial consumer protection laws may provide you with additional cancellation rights.
How to Return Items
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at mazzenor@outlook.com. Once you have notified us, please send the items to the following address:

Items must be returned within 15 days of notifying us of your intention to return. Please ensure that the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. We recommend keeping proof of postage for your records.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the costs of returning items, unless the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Mazzenor will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that deductions may be made if the goods have been diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have the right to return, repair, replacement, or refund. Under the provincial Sale of Goods Acts, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose cannot be excluded. Please contact us at mazzenor@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exclusions
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Personalised or custom items, unless they are defective.
- Sealed hygiene items that have been opened.
None of these exclusions affect your statutory rights for defective goods.
